Hello, I have placed the order on 15 March 2005(evening). I have not received the package yet. I enquired the FedEx. They said that it has been wrongly routed. I have opted for express mail (24-48 hours delivery). FedeX said that it would arrive tomorrow (22 March). I want my express mailing money back (33.60USD). They said they would return the money back due to delayed delivery. How do I get the money back? Are you going to claim from FedEx for delayed delivery and then pay me back my mailing charges? I PLACED AN ORDER, PAY FOR IT BY CREDITCARD AND EVEN HAVED IT RUSHED TO ME BY FEDX FOR A SHIPPING COST THE WAS MORE THAN THE ORDER ITSELF......BUT......WHERE S MY ORDER? :confused: I DON T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT WHEN I PAY FOR A SERVICE OR ITEM, I EXPECT, IN RETURN FOR MY MONEY WHAT I WAS PROMISSED...IF I DON T GET WHAT I EXPECTED, THEN I WILL NEVER/EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON OR ENTERTY AGAIN. :mad: MY ORDER WAS TO BE HERE ON MARCH 18, 2005.....BY 10.30 AM IT IS NOW ONE DAY PASS THE DATE AND STILL NO ORDER HERE!! I HAVE NO PROBLEM RECIEVING THE ORDER LATE...AS LONG AS I GET A REFUND FOR THE EXPRESS SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR THAT I NEVER GOT!! :mad: I am exteremly mad at the fact that i STILL HAVE NOT Gott my idl yet!!!!i wished to know the DATE,and TIME for my idl to be deliverd!!it says that it has been on delivery here for about a week now!!i havent recieved NOTHING!so you said you were going to supply me with that information and you havent!im sure it is a great product,thats why i paid $50,so it can be delivered FAST,well now that it has taken almost twice as long as it would have been regular mail,im am now formaly complaining!i paid alot of money for it,and it isnt here!!WHATS THE PROBLEM!!!????Im not canceling the order,im just exteremly dissapointed with the bad service!
