A few hours after placing my order I noticed a mistaked in my information and unfortunately couldn't call to alert Konstantin as his phones were down (ith notification to that effect on the website) I sent an email alerting him to this but his service is efficient that my order had already been completed and shipped. However, Konstantin is the consummate professional and volunteered to reprint free of charge and ship to China. That's what I call service! In the meantime I have received the documents with the incorrect data and they look fantastic  . I can't wait to see the ammended documents! Thanks in advance. Andrew

Hello
We didn't have this kind of problems before with our NON-GOVERNMENTAL IDs.It could be due to the Dr.suspections of you trying to get drugs illegally or in financial fraud.

Hi. Shippment and processing was easy, i was happy to get it on time. I needed valid id for a dr appoitment, because all my papers are pending with ins, and since fl signed the real id act, from the 1st of jan 2011 you have to have alien # to renew your id, i coudn't renew it yet, so i didn't have a valid id, so i ordered it here. I've got it today, 2 hours later at the doctor, who called the cops, I almost got arrested for presenting a fake id. It was the most embarrasing moment of my life since i live here (11 years). I'm no criminal. The cop took my id, i had it for 2 hours, and i was happy to didn't get arrested. I'm sorry if you; who ever own this service and website got in trouble because of me, i just told the thruth

Very fast service und good quality of a book and plastic card.
Today i was stopped by a police, and i showed him the IDL ... he didnt want to see my original driver licence, only the IDL was enough
