He told me he paid for IDL and the shipping cost but did not recieve the IDL. He added to say that, It was re-shipped and still he didn´t recieve it. I feel scared of your services. What do you say about mails which mysteriously get lost during postage. who pays for the lost? Potential client Mark Comment:For delivery we use registered mail or priority or express mail. For every non delivery case we start investigation. If result of this investigation - "post was lost" we reissue and reship order for free. Sometimes if customers ask about reshipping when investigation time not finished or in disputed situation we can resend order by regular not registered mail for customers responsibility. If second mail was not delivered - all other reprints will be not free. We ship be service that require signature on delivery that is why You must be at home on delivery time. If You not at home - Your mail may be delivered to neighbors or hold on post. Sometimes postal guys forgot left notices and mail return to us as unclaimed. Turnaround for this may takes up to 2 month for registered mail or up to 1 month for priority express mail. We reship returned mail for free by regular not registered mail. If mail will return second time - customer must pay for 3rd shipping.
